I think i have found a possible crossover part (although GG does not have one so technically it is a mod!) to help seal a slightly skew exhaust.
Honda CR250s have the following compressible (i think) flange washer that helps seal the exhaust, it will also add a little bit more tension to the springs
when i receive the part i will try it out and see, if anyone is closer to a honda dealer they are also welcome to try it
18309-KZ3-600 WASHER (42X47.5) $6.61 from honda cr250 2005
i measured up the socket end of the exhaust and it is 50mm and the cylinder side manifold (? part you put the o-rings on) is about 49mm OD and 42mm ID so part should be a fit!
Jakobi ... let me know when Clay will be contacting me about that factory ride http://www.gasgasrider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=12753
