Nice pictures, have you ever ridden around the Grand Rapids(Mn.) area? In Blandin forest area a lot of the enduro trail is open thru the summer. Some of the old enduro trail ran thru Sugar Hills ski area, now off limits, but there are plenty of other trails. Watch out for the snowmobile trails, as you know , they like to go thru swamps and lakes so if it looks like you wouldn't make it thru, you're probably right. Whenever someone was posting signs/arrows for the enduro it was pretty obvious and they were always helpful about re-directing you away from the trail. I usually waited until the week after the event and then had a good ride thru the woods. Around '87 or '88 I rode the week after the event, half of the trail on Sat. half on Sun. and everywhere, I mean EVERYWHERE I rode there were mountain bike tracks ahead of me! That must have been one tough mountain biker. Nowadays it would take me all day Sat. and Sun. and there would be lots of mountain bikes, mini-bikes and a few mopeds ahead of me!
