If anyone needs a spark arrestor, there is one on Ebay right now. I purchased one from this seller a few weeks ago and everything went smoothly.

Does anyone know if this would work on an '05 DE 300?....My back tire wore a hole through my current one....didn't realize it was rubbing until tonight.

No, the '07 FMF TC2 was redesigned to fit with the new subframe. I have the '07 TC2 and it fits pretty good, just a little snug on the GG pipe stinger.
