Foot Peg Problem. screw snaps all the time.

Hi,

I own a 2013 300 2T and yesterday, I had to fix the foot peg screw for the 6th time now (bike only has 105 hours on it).

The problem is that the top screw of the foot peg mount rips/snaps and then I usually bend the whole mount (because it takes time to notice while riding).
I am struggling each time to get the remaining of the screw out and already damaged the screw threads on both sides (right foot and left foot).

I am trying to find a decent solution for this, other than welding it.
I would appreciate the forum's advice.

Hello Kobi, how about a photo? Are you using grade 8 bolts? Another member did weld his mount .

Go to bolt supply and get a harder bolt
