In NH there are no turn signals required. That bike is 100% street legal.

Either it's a duplex (house split down middle basically), or in some places they do that so the mailman only has to drive down one side of the street.

He sold it already. Too Bad. It is a nice ride. I rode it briefly once. If I didn't have so much invested in Orange I might have bought it. I promise I will slap him upside the head for selling it next time I see him.
We can't ride this weekend because he sold it. Maybe I'll do more than just slap him.

Yes that is a duplex. You should be looking at the bike instead of the mailboxes.
