Could U make it behave like a 300 ec if U were to put a heavy flywheel on it? If it has the rain/sunshine switch it is a good buy. I wonder if I could get it street licensed here in Wa. State? It's getting very difficult.

Its got a nh title .. like mine does ... does not say anything about off road only on the title ... looks like everyother nh motorcycle title.. Only htink that might trip them up is the european vin#
