I'm not sure how to translate the name from Russian. It must something like "moto-all-rounder", in the sense of "motorbike that goes anywhere".
As far as I see, it's just a prototype. According to their (or even his) web site http://www.mtv-t.ru/ there are two models: one with a 2-stroke engine, and one with a 4-stroke. Both with centrifugal 2- or 3-gear transfer boxes, all wheel drive, and disk brake on the "middle shaft" (whatever this is exactly). Claims top speed of 60km/h, i.e. about 40mi/h, and dry weight between 47 and 74 kg, depending on the engine and gearbox.
And they are in search for an investor to mass-produce them
