Front Number Plate

I am shopping for a MC front #plate for my 2013 GG 250 xc. The Cycra Stadium plate looks like a reasonable option as it attaches using only tie wraps. There is also a mounting kit option using a CRF Honda plate. The price is high, $42 and I'm not sure if that even includes the plate. What the best option?

There are some option, but I can tell you one thing you shouldn't ever break that mount. It is very tough, and it has held up very well.

It really works well if you have the e-start key mounted.

The Cycra Stadium that we tried really did not look/fit the best, but to each their own.

The 42$ does not include the number plate, but the Honda Plate fits much better than the other options that we tried.

I am a bit biased though, I did design it.

The Honda plate does look good, but $42 is just too much for a bracket, sorry. You can mount the Honda plate slightly different with angle aluminum and two M6 bolts that retain it on the bottom, like the headlight. A spacer on the top triple clamp, with a thumbscrew, make it no tools R&R for easy PFP adjustment. Tucks in tighter too.

I have the kit from go-fasters. the bracket is very simple to fab.by the looks of it. the honda plate fits nicely.

2013 XC250 front number plate

Completed my install. Used the 2009 CRF 450 front plate. Had to trim off the inner lower part of the Honda plate to get a good fit at the fender. Drilled two new holes to line up with the GG fender pins. Made the bracket with aluminium flat stock. Had to relocate the two brake hose guides slightly lower by drilling new holes in the guide clamps just above existing holes. Used the top triple clamp throttle cable guide mount hole for the bracket mount. Was able to keep the throttle cable guide. With the brake hose running in its stock guides behind the plate it makes for a very clean look.

The bracket/mount came with my bike. So did a Cycra CRF plate with a brake line bracket thingy on the front of the plate. This plate is trashed so I'm buying a new one. What I would like to do is utilize the two fender pins like scov did and trim off the lower part that you would normally zip tie around the fork. I can't tell if the Cycra had the material at the bottom where I could drill the two holes to line up with the fender pins. It doesn't now, but it looks like it had been trimmed up a good bit.

So does the Cycra have something to drill into at the base where it meets the fender pins? Or do I need to get the 09 CRF plate to do it that way?

Thanks

Blanco

Number plate

Hi. I am looking for a regular number plate that will fit or semi fit my 2017 gas gas ec300. As long as it will hook onto my front fender then i can zipti it to my hour and ignition bracket.
