I am selling a 2006 Senior Adventure that my son has simply outgrown. I bought this bike basically brand new from a guy who's son rode it once and scared him. It has been Meticulously maintained as I am a freak for bike maintenance. It a perfect trail or mx bike. We had a SX Pro and since we were not racing this thing became too much work, always overheated and was a lot to maintain. So we opted for the air cooled version and couldn't have been happier. This bike starts right up, never gets hot and will run all day. Plus we used the SX pro for a donor bike and kept all the key parts to make this one a near perfect woods/trail bike. I have done some key modifications which have it running almost as fast as the SX Pros but much more reliable and easier to maintain.
Modifications/upgrades: SX Pro Pipe, 19MM C&C Racing All aluminum Racing carb specifically jetted for this set-up, SX Pro Rear shock(stock shock was wimpy and way too soft), SX Pro Front Fork Springs, RK Road Racing chain (this thing will never stretch out!), SX Pro Clutch set-up with washer stack (Stock had the springs that were way too mild), SX Pro Rear brake pedal assembly (stock came with a rear handbrake), Michelin Starcross rear tire.
This bike runs better than new. The suspension is magic (at least for a 40-60lb kid as I have watched him float effortlessly over logs and roots as I cringe and wait for the big get-off, but it never happened)The clutch was removed, disassembled and cleaned after EVERY two rides, I ran Maxima MTL 75Wt with Two Two Cool exclusively in the clutch, Motul 800 2T in the gas, the fork oil has been changed twice a season, Air filter was cleaned after every ride, the bike was never put away dirty! It runs so clean that it still has the original spark plug in it!!!
