Don't know if they sell the gasket on it's own; you could try hitting an autoparts store to see if they have something, but doubt you'll find a good match.

You'd probably be better off just getting a new cap; it's part number BE250520010CT (from the microfiche on gofasters.com).

If you run into any issues, post up as I have spare cap in my kit (ordered the S3 cap hoping it would resolve leakage issues through the threads...didn't do squat). My guess is it's the same cap between '10 and '11, but don't know that for sure.

I think the rubber gas cap gasket from a KX 80 or KX 125 will also work. I have had one for 3 years without it leaking.

Gas Cap Seal

I have good results with this seal. It is for a Kawasaki KX65.

The part number is: 11009-1452.

I cut the center out, and trim the outer edge slightly. This is much better quality rubber, that will hold up to the ethanol in today's gasoline.

My OEM seal turned into a "rawhide chew toy" and fell into the tank, at about 3 months.

THANKS GUYS- I talked to gofasters...they said you cant order a new seal because it was defective and would dry out over time and deform. they sell a new cap with the breather in the vent line.

I did the "modify a jap bike seal" for mine. I grabbed one close to size at the local Honda dealer and cut it to fit. I'll have to look for the part #.
