This weekend is the Endurocross in Columbus Ohio and we will be there.
Number 17 in the Pro-class.
We went to Vegas Endurocross in July with Dales help, where Johnny (the rider) got hurt.
In August at the Oklhoma City Endurocross Johnny made the night event (TV)
but not the main. He was still hurting.
In South Carolina Endurocross made the night event, which will be on VS sunday oct.6 at 6:00 (Lucas motorsport hour).
Now, were excited for Ohio to do well and make the main event, he's almost 100% better and ready to take on the best, So watch on tv and support No.17 the Gas Gas rider. John Maier

Best of luck to you Johnny ! Stay healthy.

I hope the luck will be with me this weekend, because thats what you need is luck.
My Gas Gas pulls the holeshot most of the time but by the 2nd or 3rd section when your braking hard to go over logs or tires someone bangs into you and knocks you over, you get up only to get stuck behind another rider stuck in the bolder section, man its nothing but hell. If you ride the course by yourself its challenging but you focus and can get through it.

Luck thats what I need. THANKS

I'll be there rooting you on. Don't hold it against me if I'm rooting for a KTM rider though. :D My buddy is racing the 250 class on his new 08 250sx. I'll be in the pits so I'll look for you.

Were back home from the Endurocross in Ohio.
The day racing went well, In the 2 stroke class I placed 3rd , that put me in the night race.
In the Expert class I placed 15th that also put me in the night race.

The night race didn't go as well with a hard rock section and riders falling, there was no way around them in A 2 stroke.

The expert class the top 5 guys are well trained for endrocross, there is just no way I can make the main event this year.

We finished 11:30 saturday night, woke up early and went to a district 11 hare scramble at Mr. Russell's property ( the owner of the GNCC) and rode that it was fun and fast ( not like the endurox), finished 3rd in pro.
left there at 3pm got back to connecticut at 12:30 am

Hey John,

You should be very proud of yourself, you are going up against the best and it isn't easy. I think that it is great to see you sticking it out against such a tough field. It was great seeing your dad the other week. I'm sorry that I didn't call you and wish you luck before the endurocross. Keep up the great riding, you have lots of supporters and fans!

Talk with you soon,
Billy
