Hello all:

We're scheduling our first Gas-Gas dealer meeting, and I could use a bit of help on some logistics.

Primarily, we're looking for a good riding area close to Greensboro NC.
If you have any input, please contact me.

Thanks

Brett Saunders

Hi Brett,
Suggest you check with Tracy Fuller of Fuller's Action Cycles - he lives a couple of hours drive west of your location. Les told me that he rides *alot*. www.fullerscycles.com

If you have your heart set on NC for this year, go for it. (since I'm not a dealer anymore, I really don't have a say:p)

Might I suggest for next year, get Steve and Mark at GoFasters to host the dealer meeting near the Paul Bunyan State Forest in Bemidji or Park Rapids, MN. Bemidji has more resources (hotels, airport, etc.)
The riding up there is amazing.

Steve, run with it.:)

If you get them up MN way, I'll gladly offer my services as a trail guide. I just got back from riding the Paul Bunyan trails in Akeley. I wish I could figure out a way to live up there on a permanent type basis.

I'm not a dealer and can't speak for mine but I do know you would definitely get some interest from the Canuck side if you had one in Minnesota. I'd be happy just to see the new bikes.

Definetily Minnesota!

I think Minnesota would be a great venue next year....lots of work, but I am sure it could be done with the help of all the GasGas dealers in the area.....we could do it....I'm speaking for myself however.......possible to have a dealer day and a customer appreciation day???? Possibilities, possibilities

Lack of effort and them GoFasters guys saturating the Minnesota market.:p

Seriously, there were many reasons why we stopped selling Gas Gas, none of which was lack of belief in the product. What business owner wants to publicly lament on why they had to scale back their business?:(

Obligations to other business ventures and family health issues are the two primary reasons why we let Gas Gas go.

I still think the Gassers are the best off-road bikes out there and I will ride my EC/O 200 until the nursing home staff refuses to start it for me anymore.:D

There are 7 of us ridding GasGas out of Tracy Fullers shop in Marion, NC. in the North Carolina Hare Scramble Association (NCHSA) series. Brushy Mountain in Taylorsville, NC (about 1hr from Greensboro) would be a get place to ride with good facilities, primitve camping and 35+ miles of trail and an old school motocross track.
