Front bearings for that bike I believe are 6004.. any bearing supply house will have them.
Here's how I went about it. Removed the front wheel, then grabbed a long drift or punch. The tube that resides inside the hub between the bearing sets will shift to the side, allowing you to catch the inner edge of one of the bearings with the punch, then just hammer away. Oh, don't forget to remove the circliip with snap-ring pliers! You'll need to pop the seals out to find it. Work your way around in a circle to push the bearing out evenly.
When seating the bearings, find a socket that touches the outer edge of the bearing and hammer it in evenly. Freezing these bearings does help a bit.
