In Our Riding Group There Are 2 300's, 1 07 Gasgas, 1 08 Pumpkin, 4 250's 3 Gasgas And 1 Pumkin And 4 200's, 3 Gasgas, 1 Pumkin. The 08 And 07 200 Gasgas's Run Out Of Gas When The Rest Of Us Still Have 1/3 Tank. The 04 Gasgas 200 Gets The Same Mileage As The Rest Of Us. We Are Riding At Sea Level Or Maybe 1000' What Kind Of Jetting Are You Guys Useing On The New 200's????? The Riding Is Mostly Technical Single Track,river Beds, And Hills. The Only Motor Mod Is A Ltr Power Valve Cover. Thanks Tom

My guess it that because they are smaller capacity bikes, the riders are on the throttle a bit more, so they are using a bit more fuel. Also being '07 and '08 models, maybe they have the stock jetting, which could be a bit rich?

Check Your Pilot We Are At Sea Level Also Maybe 1000 Ft Above And Stk Jet In My Friends 07 200 Was A 52 We Went To A 42 And It Rips Plus Has Better Gas Mileage.

Another thing you might want to check is the float height. My friend and I both have 300s, an 06 and an 07. He would sometimes run out of fuel on his 07 and I would still have plenty. Turns out his bike was spilling fuel out of the overflow. We adjusted the float height and made sure the carb was sitting level and we now run out within 5 or 10 km of one another. A quick way to check would be to tip the bikes over until gas starts running out of the overflow and see what the difference is, if any.
