gasgas issues

hey guys here to bother everyone again so I had electrical trouble with my bike, took to shop (husky/former gasgas dealer) told me stator was bad, bike was equipped with a 2k2 stator I replaced it with a used 2k3 which I saw run before I paid, they install it, then call and say now cdi bad so I pick bike up week goes by I buy a cdi from working bike, plug it in no shorts anywhere now no spark but have power coming from stator (yellow wire) that goes to the voltage wire then from voltage reg a black wire that is looped back to where its bolted down theres a yellow wire from there also but where does it go? and from cdi a white wire with blue tracer, can someone maybe make some sense of this or maybe takea few pics of your wiring and wires from coil? that would help alott too!

What year bike is it? I have seen the cdi plug go bad. That would require a new harness. On my 05, I had to place a few strands of wire in each hole on the cdi plug and it worked fine ever since.

I have seen the wires break at the point where the subframe mounts if you pivot it up. If the harness is tied to both the frame and subframe here there is a lot of stress. The conductors actually break and leave the insulation intact so visually it looks fine. If you pivot your subframe make sure there is slack in the harness by cutting any cable ties neccessary.

I have replaced cdi and stator still nothing can someone just post a pic of the wiring? I wana confirm mine is correct before buying more parts

Do you have an engine manual? It contains specs you should test against first. Only thing left now is the harness and coil, plus the obvious stuff like the kill switch. If you need a manual PM me your email and I'll send you a copy.

Have you tried to disconnect the kill switch wire from the electrical connection opposite the switch? Some times the wire can get pinched or wear off the insulation and short out. I have a spare harness but I need to see its condition.
