Hey Clay,,I think GG needs to invest in some TV Ad spots in certain demographic areas........What do the rest of you think ????

Although a commercial on TV would be a great idea. It would cost $$$$.$$ to produce and air. It would have to have huge backing from GG itself. But I do agree it would be an great investment.

Husky put one out a few years ago I'm sure they made their money back.:D

RR,
The motorcycle industry has struggled with TV for years. Since only 4% of the American public rides mmotorcycles, 96% of the audience is wasted. I don't think we can afford that just yet!
Now, if we could get all of you guys out there riding old models to buy a new GG, we might be able to afford an ad in Dirt Rider and Dirt Bike! :)

Brand recognition via T-shirts bumper and window stickers is probably the cheapest bang for the buck. I gave away free T shirts to good customers and pretty girls and was surprised how effective it was.

When I meet a fellow motorhead that has four wheelers and motorcycles most of them are surprised to find out that Gas Gas makes more than a trials bike, others ask "What's a Gas Gas?" T-shirts and stickers often get the conversation going.

I'd really like to see some nice decals/stickers and some decent t shirts with the marque. I just ordered and received a sensor magnet for my 6 days from GoFasters and I told them to throw in one of the GG stickers. For $3 I got a, basically run of the mill, die cut 3" sticker. Nothing special, I was kind of disappointed.

Maybe we could have a contest to design some t shirts and stickers that would catch the eye of others. Maybe have the GasGas logo with stars and stripes, red white and blue, something like that.

Getting the bikes out to all the local racing series is what needs to happen. That will sell bikes, not commercials. Hell they didn't even show the supercross here yesterday.

IMO All the gasgas sponsored riders should also get gasgas riding gear (pants & jerseys) with the gasgas logo on them.

I got a free gasgas hat when Bought my bike . I wear it religiously. I think a free hat with each new bike would be cheap advertising.

I think things like the "taste test" Battle Creek put on are the things to do. I only wish I knew about it last year. Get some of my Orange buddies to go up and try. Nothing changes peoples minds like riding one.
