yeah ok we're talking cheapo Chinese tatt here. But I couldn't find anything locally and my fav GG dealer is actually no longer a GG dealer due to politics with the distributor in NZ. My local GG dealer is 1/2hr drive & they don't even put GGs on the floor as they favour chances of selling a European hi spec roadbike. Not much chance of them having much interest & would end up going through the distributor who is reknown for long waits & high prices.
Nothing on our local equiv of Ebay. rear rotors (discs to us) aplenty, but no fronts.
So a quick google turns up this on Aliexpress

$59 US Well heck I'll give it a shot.
Personally I wasn't as keen on a swirly pattern but when its covered in mud I'm unlikely to care. Couldn't believe how quick it turned up. Like, a few days to NZ.
I doused it in degreaser & then brake clean & it bolted right up with the slight clash with the speedo sensor due to swirly legs. I trimmed a bit off the sensor bracket and pushed it to the side & job jobbed.
Fired in some new Goldfren pads. Seems to run straight with no dragging.
Yet to ride with it. That should be a couple of weeks away so I'll try to remember to report.
