I just want to give high marks to these 3 different gasgas shops.

First: Mark at go fasters took extremely good care of me when I had a few mishaps with ordering from his shop. He made such a huge effort to do what was right that he will always have my buisness!

segundo: Ron at RBD does awesome work with very, very low turn around time, money well spent with Ron. nuff said.

third: cool place to shop for stuff you don't see here in the U.S. is trialendurodirect.com
they are out of the UK. Had my stuff in about a week. Nice guys but a bit hard to understand.

I agree Mark and Steve at Gofasters rock.I live in Mi. and they are about my closest dealer.I have gotten everything in 2-3 days and they always have what I need in stock and they do bend over backwards to take care of there customers. Thanks Gofasters.Mike

I second Silver's comment regarding Go Fasters. I'm also in Michigan and have rec'd excellent customer service and delivery from them. Mark has always been very helpful.

Silver - where are you located?

Thanks for the complements guys, they're appreciated. I'm sure RB Designs and trialendurodirect.com feel the same.

We know at times we've let some of you down as well and deservedly so have received some criticism here and on other forums but its all part of the awkward roll we play as US parts distributer and a current parts retailer.

Over time as the US GasGas dealer network continues to grow our goal is too hand off all retail sales to other GasGas dealers and play the role as parts distributor only. Happily we're starting to see more of them taking their role of being a competent dealer seriously as they are buying and stocking more GasGas parts and accessories to meet their GasGas customer’s needs.

Let’s face it the GasGas name had a tough time here in the US especially in 2007 when Dixie Sales, which distributed everything from film to lawnmowers to GasGas and Husaberg motorcycles, self-destructed when they went bankrupt and left the future of GasGas in the US questionable. But that was then and this is now and today where we are already starting to see the momentum in the US building in favor of GasGas again.

Industry wide sales numbers are down over 40% for some manufacturers where we've seen some big changes from the "Big Five" already and again next year where we are going to see even more changes as their business plans come in line with market conditions. Here in the US GasGas has already made those adjustments, starting two years ago, where we've already turned the corner.

Silver and other GasGasRider.org members in other recent threads make good points of trying to work with your nearest stocking GasGas dealer when possible when buying bikes, parts and accessories. That alone will be the key to seeing the GasGas name and our legitimate dealer network continue to grow.

Thanks again for the kudos guys.
