Has my bike been lowered?

I was riding my new-to-me 99 EC200 this past weekend with a friend of mine who has an EC300. There's still a lot of deadfall in the woods around here from the ice storm back in December. My friend commented that my bike was hanging up a lot more than his on the logs that we traversed, and that it looked like it was sitting a little lower than stock.

What I know:

Rear suspension:

Ohlins shock, stock rate spring (0.48)
122mm dogbones. (this is stock, no?)

Front suspension:

Marzocchi Magnum conventionals.
Can't find any markings on the springs, so not sure of the rate.
There is a plastic spacer about an inch tall at the _top_ of each fork, above the spring.

Is there anyone out there who could tell me the unloaded length on a non-lowered rear shock, from bolt center to bolt center? And the length of the fork, either total length, or length from the top of the fork lower to the fork cap fully extended?

Thanks in advance. I'll be taking a tape measure to my bike this evening.

I have no idea what the ground clearance differences are between the bikes but it might be worth comparing sags.
