Help please! (Crank seals)

im replacing the main barings on my 07 300.. I found the baring size but can find the size of the seals.. can anyone tell me what seals to order? And are both barings left and right the same? (NJ206ETC3)

Nj206 and c3 is what matters. ET and ECP are just codes for the cage type, but as a needle roller bearing that matters even less
