Help setting up suspension 09 EC300

Hi this is my first post on here. I have recently purchaced an 09 ec300 with 700 km on its first piston I have ridin it twice dirt first then sand I am really happy with it and plan to keep it for a long time. I have read of other people's problems with suspension and was hoping some one can help me with mine it has the stock saches forks and rear shock with a grey spring I weigh 90 kg on both rides I found both front and rear too stiff but really don't no what I am looking for i have since fiddled with them without success any advice would be apriceated I have a lot more questions to so probaly won't be last post

First thing is first back to basics. Check you sag (hundreds of videos on YouTube). Then find the clickers on top and bottom and turn them all the way in counting the clicks as you go. Then back them all the way out counting the clicks this will give you an idea of how much adjust,met you have. At this point setting all the clickers to the middle of their adjust met gives you a starting point and we can go from there
