House of HP Exhausts

Came as plain alloy so wrapped it in carbon fibre film & painted the end cap.

Richard is now making hand crafted expansion pipes that look similar to Scalvinis. I saw one at his shop and it looked pretty darn cool.
I guess if he is making them for 2012+ then I would think he can make them for 2010/11 as well as the shape is the same it is just the mountings that are in a different place (and possibly the end bend?)

I will be testing the House of HP pipe, silencer, different slide and needle as sent by Richard, and will shoot a report out ASAP. Stay tuned.

Can't wait to hear it. He's been trying to get me to bring in my bike to have the same done but just don't have the free cash at the moment. He thinks those changes will really transform the 200, which is already a very good bike.

House of HP Pipe and Silencer

OK...take a look and keep in mind these are the prototypes. Richard assures me the production stuff has a much nicer fit and finish. HOWEVER...I think it looks awesome like it is!!!! The first thing I noticed upon installing the pipe was the increased ground clearance from the header down...the HoHP pipe tucks up a full inch over stock! I didn't have time to ride the bike today but will try and give it a few laps tomorrow and see how it performs. Stay tuned.

That looks sexy! Do we know yet if it will fit with the Q-stealth? I already need a new pipe. Moab just did a number on the stocker....

The HoHP silencer did not slip onto the stock pipe, so it make sense the Q won't fit the HoHP pipe. If having a spark arrestor is an issue, Richard has an insert for this silencer. I am very impressed with the craftsmanship of the welds. Very "works"!!! Richard advised a #8 slide and a red JD needle which I have installed. For now...just waiting on sun up :D

The pipe looks great but I would want to keep my FMF Q Stealth. Unless, the stock silencer can be used I wouldn't be a player on that. Combined with the cost of a new silencer too much $$$$.

What is the ID and OD on the rear end of the pipe?

OK folks...a quick note to Richard at House of HP and he tells me the production pipe and silencers he builds, interchange with the stocker. The one I am trying out, is the prototype and is a match set.

Sooo...keep your Q, and get the HoHP pipe, or visa versa. If you have any other questions, give him a call.

Thanks Rod, that sounds great. Thanks for checking on that!:D Thats a nice pipe.

Put in a few laps out my grass track today, with the HoHP pipe and silencer. I will do a short write up on what I find and would appreciate everyones patience as I try some different things. This may take a few days.

For now however, after riding with Richard's pipe, silencer, slide and needle...one word says it all...."WOW"

Ricambi is just Italian for parts.

The pipe you're looking at is the "Big One" made by an Italian company called Fresco I think.
Here it is in Canada, and they do ship internationally http://barkingbikes.com/products/big-one-pipe-gas-gas

That webpage is 2t Racing. I have bought a lot of parts from them without any problem at all. They do ship internationally and they shipped all my orders very quickly. Their customer service is very good. If you send them an email, they do have one person who speaks english. Very nice people.:)

Exhaust

These are much different than Scalvini and much stronger -- they have 12 cones starting at the belly -- ours are coned after 1st bend from cyl 28 cones in all and tuck in much nicer and bolt right on with no spring changes or o-ring issues - and pull harder and longer - even on low map--

That is what I noticed from the photos, your pipe looks much stronger. I think I'm in on one.:D
