How do you change the packing on an HoH silencer?

I took the cap off, but I can't pull the inner pipe out to get to the packing? Am I missing a secret?

I've never had mine apart yet, but guessing the lower rivets need to be removed then you will have something. What packing are you using.? I like silent sport just my .02

There are no rivets. I removed all the bolts, but trying to figure out how to get the packing out.

Sorry mine has rivets at the base and bolts at the end. Perhaps silicon is hindering removal??
