How we can remove the tail light on 2012-

I like the rear fender to be more flexible,with tail light panel is impossible to have that. My question is,how we can take it off that part,my tail light panel under the fender is broken in 2,is nice but I need to cover a hole betwen rear fender and under tail plastic,around 3 cm.... I like the MX looks.

I've done it. The fender is pretty floppy without it. You can't lift the bike with it like you can on a Kawi or Suzuki, etc. the under fender is rad for lifting the bike, but breaks easy and is kind of expensive.

It's a bit muddy but you can see I glued some foam in there.

Nice!No water goes in,I mean worst then before ? Is floppy but much flexible , for lifting u need a pice of seat bealt bolt on.

Water wasn't really a problem. In fact I had a trip this year where my foam piece fell out and I did probably a hundred creek crossings with no problems. I have cut the drain in the air box larger though.
