Jetting for S3 head ?

Hello guys , I've got the black insert (high high compression) on my 21 rieju 300 (S3 racing) , does anyone have any jetting setups that they have used for this ?
Bike is all fresh , recent top end , about 300 meters above sea level and running 98 Ron fuel.
