King of the Moto

Mr. Webb rode one of those new-fangled 300cc two-stroke machines to a 27 minute victory over Husaberg's Graham Jarvis after almost five hours on the course.

Webb noted that even though he is a former national trials champ, Jarvis was world championship material, and consequently able to gain the advantage in the rough stuff. Desert speed was in Webb's favor however, and the fact that Jarvis suffered a mousse failure just starting the second NINETY MILE LAP!!!

Cycle News has a short story on-line as well, and judging from the pictures gnarly doesn't even begin to describe it.
