KTM Bankruptcy Filing: Any Impacts to Rieju?

Seeing the news about KTM filing for bankruptcy protection makes me wonder if there will be impacts to Rieju. If I recall correctly, a KTM subsidiary makes the frames, swingarms, and radiators for the Rieju hard Enduro line. Additionally, Rieju was leasing space from KTM for manufacturing in Spain. Please correct me if I am wrong as I am going off of memory. Interesting times we are experiencing!

Is / was there really a company called "KTM"? The Austrian forefathers are long since gone selling their souls to the gods of globalism. One look at any EICMA 2024 video should be a clear indication of the industry's planned intentions.
The letters K, T & M aren't going anywhere, they are just handing off the keys to the store to their new daddy.

What will surely happen (IMO) is we will say farewell to the white bikes & the red bikes. Buy 'em up, spit them out.

I used "KTM" for brevity as that is what most people would recognize instead of the parent corporation Pierer Mobility AG. I regret having caused you any confusion.

The latest report is that KTM/Pierer Mobility Group is listing debts as being close to 2.9 billion Euro. That is a shocking amount! I agree that Rieju is in a good position to weather the storm that will be coming in the European motorcycle market but I still wonder what will happen with KTM/PMG as a major supplier and lease holder for Rieju with respect to leased factory space. Any similar business to KTM/PMG with better than "poor competence" with respect to management would be having discussions as to what impacts these developments would be having on their company. I'm sure Beta, Sherco, TM, and Rieju are researching scenarios as to what actions they can/should take in response to these latest developments...Even if the action is to do nothing or be aggressive.
