As the title says, if you have a '02 EC or MC 250 frame, and it has the title and/or MSO, I'd like to speak to you.
Out here in the People's Republik of Kalifornia, the California Air Resources Board deems 2 smokes like mine and yours, if made after 2002, can't be ridden for part of the year in many places. As such, I'd like a 2002 frame I can move my Gasser's heart and soul into, so that I may register it as a 2002, and be granted the green sticker I so desire.
