i seem to have lost my lighting power.
if i put my mutimeter between the yellow wire (coming out of ignition cover, nothing else connected to it) and ground i only get a voltage reading of .5 of a volt up to about 6 depending on revs. there seems to be an ocasional spike of 100+volts but that could be my cheap multimeter too.
but no matter what i do i cant get it to run just the head light, even with jumper cables bypassing the loom....
how do i test the stator further?
what are the values i should be looking for..
