Hi guys, is there such a thing? I'd like to lower my bike by using a lowering link but looks like kouba link didn't make one for 2012.. Am I right? Thanks for any info.

Have you even checked with a Gas Gas dealer??? I can think of 3 US dealers that have them in stock, right off the top of my head. Even if your dealer doesn't have one, we have them in stock and can ship out same day...and I bet it's still less that what you find overseas...and you'll have it faster.

Guys..You are effectively putting our dealers out of business by spending your dollars overseas.

No Rod, I haven't. Mostly I check online which haven't turned any results... Glad it's available... Are you talking halls cycles, etc? If I can get it in the US I normally don't go overseas...

Online parts

Hi Rodd,
while on the subject of online parts, I know I have thrown it out there before but it's really yet to be answered. Are there any plans that you know of for Gasgas to have there parts available online like beta do?. I know it's the first place I will look to get parts (being original) and I would prefer Gasgas parts to a lot of the other non oem providing they are of good quality?? I have problems getting parts when needed and usually means a couple of hours drive out of my way to pick them up as there is no dealers nearby.
Also there is some frustration when you don't get the part you think your getting. For example, I misplaced the spring setup that holds the air filter cage in the air box and it took 3 separate trips n phone calls to finally get all the parts for it. Admittedly it was my fault, I didn't realise the spring, needle and washer were all seperate items.
All up, 6 hours driving back and forth and many phone calls to get the right parts.
I don't mean to be winging but hope you see me point if you look at the beta website. Everything is listed with a price and almost everything is pictured.
Regards

Halls Cycles has an online store also, no pics for the most part but if you are handy with the exploded view manual from GasGas site, you can search by parts number:

PM sent.

Once again for folks new to Gas Gas and how to look up parts / part numbers...visit this link, find your bike and then click on the manual you wish to review. After it downloads, I would suggest you save the manual on a memory stick or on a back up.

Hopefully sometime soon, we can offer an on-line system thru our own website for the general public to use

This is key here. I almost always buy local. Whether its dirt bike parts or building supplies (i try to avoid the big box stores).

I have several local dealers and I only patronize 2. They know I don't buy online. They try to help with pricing but I know I pay a little more. Keeps local guys in business. One of the local shop owners daughter is a friend of my son's.

But on the flip side the service I receive is fantastic. At one time the parts manager new stuff was coming late and they weren't going to be able to receive it at the store and he knew I needed the parts for a ride so he changed the delivery address to his house and brought them to me later that night.
