map switch, in or out?

Guys a newbie question, I have just bought an 07 ec300, it has switchable maps, I haven't had a chance to ride it yet, just wondered whether full power was in or out on the switch?

hi,there should be a sun and a cloud on the switch,sun is dry/full power,cloud is a little milder power,if there worn off,down(big swich in)is sun/full,up(little swich in)is milder setting.

seems to be quite a lot less agressive in the wet mode,but if you have the 2k2 ignition the difference is not as noticable.i use the wet mode most trail rides out.but on the mx track is full on

I run on the wet setting at all times unless on the motocross track, which may be a 10 minute run a year... I have a 300 with the big ignition, and it seems to make a fair amount of difference. Otherwise it really seems to be a somewhat traction control type of thing it just hooks up so nicely on that setting (Wet/Cloudy).
