Would it be possible to make the Welcome 'members name' into a "quick link" to their profile? Ya know what I mean when you put your mouse over the users name it will take you to their profile page as seen here.

It would make it a lot easier when looking for previous post etc.

You can click the left mouse button over the persons name on a post to view their profile, send them a pm, search for posts by them, etc.

I like to minimize the modifications I make to the forum software - it greatly increases the work when migrating forward for patches and new releases of the bulletin board software.

As an example, I need to upgrade this board to the latest 3.x verstion of vbulletin prior to moving to the upgraded server that's coming together. This forum has been "mod-ed" a bit for menu buttons, banner advertising, and the photo gallery... Based on previous experience - if it goes well - it will take maybe 3-4 hours of my time and if it doesn't go well, a couple of days out of my life....
