Metzeler Six Days Tires

I have a 2011 EC 300. My bike didn't come with these tires and I was thinking of giving them a try. Does anyone have a set a set of oem front and rear tires for a cheap price?

I bought mine from BikeBandit for $50 a few months ago. They have a 25% off their entire web site this weekend-10% AMA members + 15% off everything.

You guys really like these? I broke my bike in and pulled them off. I may try the front if I can get to to seal with the Tubliss. The rear was OK in rocks at lower pressure but anywhere else no thanks. Got to find more M59s, still my favorite all around front tire.

I bought a rear tire. I'm still looking for a front one. Does anyone have a new OEM Metzeler front tire for cheap?
Thanks!

The actually work pretty good but they are designed to be used with a mousse insert. They are as close to a trials tire in the rocks as you can get with a mousse in them.

They dont work as good with a tube.

I use mine with a mousse. That explains why the work so well.

Rode in some deep sandy trails today. Tracked with surgical precision!

I'm hooked on Tubliss! Riding with tubes now feels like crap. Bibs are the way to go for ultimate reliability but the hassle and cost keep me away. I have my original Metz SD front I'm going to try Tubliss. I filled in the depressions made by the OEM rimlock with "Shoe Goo", so we will see if it seals.

Who runs Tire Balls? They seem more affordable and somewhere in the middle as far as reliability.

Tire Balls are WAAAYYYY too maintenance intensive for me. They have to be super clean and lubed with silicone lubricant before each use. Also, some tires have more or less volume inside than others and require larger or smaller balls.

I have some friends who are sponsored by them and I have seen the work they put into set-up. No Thanks.
