Missing side stand !

Hi I need some advice

I have just got a new to me EC300 2011, she was near mint in the pictures in the add and showed a side stand and bracket to be present.
Well on delivery I found nether the bracket attached to the bike or the side stand and the part of the frame that attached to the bracket has been snapped off.
This bike was purchased from a shop !

Not happy ! Bar this the bike is mint so I'm deciding if I should ask for the money for a new bracket and side stand and just get It welded ? Or ask for the money back, I'm not sure if there should also be a front chain roller attached as well as I have nothing to compare it to, could this be fixed by welding a new bracket onto the frame? Please see attached pictures

The chain roller bolt goes through the snapped off bracket and treads into the kick stand bracket.

Any tig welder can weld a bracket on for you.

I'm going to quote The sales of goods act

All goods must be:
?as described
?of satisfactory quality and
?fit for purpose
If they're not, the retailer is in breach of contract and you have a claim under the Sale of Goods Act

Dame straight I'm asking for them to pay for the parts, the bike was advertised with them attached, I'm calling them later today.

The very least they can do is provide the parts to you. If it was advertised fully attached, I think they should make that happen too. JMO

I called the manager of the company today and he was very apologetic, he said he would either remove the side stand/ bracket/ lower chain roller ect off another bike or purchase new parts, unfortunately he will not be able to get a bracket as GasGas UK have none in stock and are unable to get anymore, but he's trying to make this right, he was not impressed when I told him as he said one of his staff must have borrowed the bike without telling him and snapped the lower attachment off the frame and then returned it back to the show room.
