mozzy 45mm oil change

Hi gent my forks are in need of a oil change, I'm pretty happy with the service from the manual that on here.
what it is tho the forks once drained will still have old cruddy oil in it. with out a petrol bath how can you get it out as i don't want to damage any seal etc
any idea's or top tip on the oil change
