Ohlins 46mm forks

I have some Ohlins 46mm from a 2004 ec.

I want to dismantle the cartridge, but unlike the WP OC forks I've done, the spring guide doesn't seem to just unscrew.
I appears that perhaps the nut on the shop of the heart needs kt come off, then slide off the spring guide? (Holding the shaft of course)

Is this true?
I don't want to break anything and I can't find any service info on these yet.

That is a much better manual, but I didn't see how they took apart the cartridge ( spring sleeve off the rod, so it can slide out of tube)

Perhaps I just missed it?

Thanks a bunch for the manual

From what I can tell, the nut on the top needs to come off so the spring guide can slide off.
I don't see any other circlips or anything (the parts manual shows one more circlip than I could find)

I held the shaft with some aluminum in a vise, but couldn't get it loose.
Perhaps I need to be more aggressive? I don't want to break anything.
Please help.

I got it all apart.
I thought I'd post some pics for some future person.

I made a damper rod holder - two pieces of aluminum with a hole drilled, slightly smaller than the rod.

Then could get the top off- there is a circlip on the rod also- only need to take it off if you need to pull the rod out (with valve)
