eff Silver Level Site Supporter Jan 14, 2008 #2 You should be re-greasing the bearings at the same time. I do mine once a year, but guys that ride more frequently may do it it twice a year or more.

Remember your rear suspension will work to its full potential when every thing is periodically greased, same goes for your front end as well. The parts will come apart and go back together a lot easier by doing it regular also. 04 DE200
