I've posted a thread about oil in power valve and I've been asked to upload photo , when I try it says the file is to large can any 1 please advise how to do this ie where I'm going wrong

Edit the photo to make it's file size smaller. If you have a 4k+ photo you can reduce it's resolution down to 1000 pixel width or even 800 and it will shrink the file size. You can do this on any PC and most phones pretty easy. You can also crop it down reducing it even further.
