I am looking for the frame from an 02 to swap all my componenets too and then put a plate on it in Washington state. Since my current bike was registered in Texas "for off road use only" the great state of WA will not give me a plate. I need a frame with a VIN that was previously plated. I have had no luck getting a letter from a dealer or GGNA that hints that an 02 is roadworthy.
