Please help identify cylinder head

Hi guys. I bought this as an ec300 but when it arrived It clearly isn't. Could you give me your ideas please

I’m gonna guess a trials motor cylinder

That's what I thought something like a txt 300. The guy I bought it from off eBay is adamant it's off an ec300 but won't listen to me at all.
