question on reassembly of power valve

After recently doing a top end, the bike ran terrible, bottom end felt good but nothing after that so presumed must be the powervalve, I got new bearing to go in and today took off both covers, on the left handside the stop bolt and also the other bolt (not the little 8mm where the arm attaches) had come undone.

Should I of used Loctite on these? or have I maybe just not tightened them up enough?

hope my question makes sense! haven't been able to find an answer through searching.

when I said "the other bolt" I couldn't think how to describe it but I meant the one that goes through the actuator plate and also the hex Stop bolt. Im happy the nylock on the arm is fine

It wouldn't hurt to use light duty Loctite. I've had them come loose before.

thank you that was my thought but I always like to check! I think ive only got blue which I think is medium? happy to buy some light if it would be more suitable
