Hey, just wondering if anyone has some information on how to eliminate the keys you turn on before hitting the elec. start button. Also wouldn't mind losing the chunky start/kill/turn sig. switch cluster. Just curious if there is a racing wiring harness for these bikes that cleans up and simplifies the dash. Thanks!!!

Take a look at this

However, you can of course build your own. On my (kick start only) 2015 EC200, I have reduced the handlebar harness to just one kill switch. The switches for light and heated grips I have placed above the headlight, to protect it from crash damage. I have removed the tail light, speedometer, stop light switches etc, but I have not cut the harness anywhere. I have either just removed some part (at a connector) or made new parts (using compatible connectors).

Great thanks! Is the link you posted for a trials bike? Will it work for my enduro?

It looks like its for a trial bike because they have removed all enduro "racing parts" from the gg web site at the moment. I guess they are upgrading it to cover the 18 models. However, it you hit the red "Compatible models" button you see what models it is for. your 17 is not listed, but my 15 is, and I doubt there are big changes between the two.
But it's up to you to check that :-)
