Forks had over 100 hrs. Coating does not add any significant dia as its very thin, and before coating parts are etched or 'de-anodized" to bare aluminum. You could go a lot bigger on the damper rod OD without a problem as there is a lot of clearance between it and the bushing. The fork is more critical, but a strip and re-coat is no problem. The biggest concern before you spend your $$ is if the uppers are worn into the base metal. You can see the original anodizing worn off, but you need a good bore mic on an extension to measure it. If its more than a few thou deep forget it. I got lucky, mine was not too bad. The info is in the original post I did on this subject, do a search. Sorry I don't remember off hand.
