Reiger low speed compression problem!!

Im try to adjust the low speed compression and when i start to torn out the screw it's start to coming oil from dhere. The screw was all in,the comfort mode require 14 clicks out,I can't open even a click!!! IS that normal????

No, that is not normal. I think you have to service your shock.
