Reckon you need to put back in the one you got out and re-bleed it. Hydraulic pressure is probably the best bet to get them out. Just the freest one comes out first. I've put a large spanner in to stop the piston from coming right out, then the others might be pushed out by the hydraulic pressure. Chose a spanner size to get the gap right, just keeping the pistons from popping right out.
Once they are all almost popping, it is easy for there to wiggle them out.
