Replacing 45mm Marzocchi seals, fork service manual?

My fork seals just started leaking on my 08' EC250, in looking around the internet I could only find broken links to marzocchi service manuals.

Does anyone have access or know where I could find the service manual for these forks?

Also what fork seals have a good reputation? Should I just stick it out and go OEM or is there a good aftermarket alternative?

Have you tried that risk racing fork seal cleaner yet? Have heard great things about it, am gonna order 1 here in a couple weeks

Interesting. Might have to pick one of those up for future preventative maintenance. Although this time around I'm going to go ahead and do the fork service as I bought it used and want to make sure bushings are good and reset the oil height.

I have been pretty impressed with the synergyseals (.com). They taks a bit to wear in, but for the first time ever i am finding that there is no (noticeable) air buildup in the forks when i remove the bleed screws

Everyone should get the Risk Racing Seal Doctor, it will eventually save a ride/race day for you. You may indeed need seals but there is a good chance that the problem could be fixed with this tool. My '07 leaked bad enough to leave a spot on the floor, and a few seconds with this tool fixed it. I use it to clean the wipers on my '12 48s after a muddy ride as well.

Thanks for the heads up on synergy seals. Going to pick up a set of their flex-seals and lower guide bushings if I don't find any better alternatives.

Definitely going to pick up the seal doctor too.

Another heads-up on the synergy flex seals is make sure you put up a warning sign because until you know how to install them there will be a lot of cursing going on in your garage! They should actually carry a PG rating for first timers!
