Roof of Africa 2017

today is the time trial for the 50th anniversary of the roof of africa extreme enduro. there is a well stacked lineup entered, obviously graham jarvis is there to defend his title.

It is almost the middle of summer here, but they had to delay the start of the TT because of SNOW!!!

Wade Young is the best rider maybe to ever come from Africa ! And I believe it was the first time that the top 2 riders were from South Africa ? How did you make out ?

I’ve ticked that race off as done, no need to go and do it again lol
Although the finishing rate was very high this year so maybe would have been a good year to do it again

It appears to have been a bit easy on the technical side, can’t remember the last time Jarvis was beaten by such a big margin in an extreme event.

Travis Teasdale who came second has beaten quite a few factory riders this year in the extreme races and has had to do that out of his own pocket, hopefully this may help him pick up a ride next year
