GMP Active member Dec 2, 2012 #2 Girard, Try HV electrical tape, the rubber stuff that sticks and bonds to itself. There are also variants sold as "Rescue Tape" for fixing radiator hoses, etc. Mcmaster has this. A couple layers should work fine.
