E Evans P New member Feb 26, 2010 #1 I have a 2005 ec250. Main jet 178, pilot 38, needle type N1EF clip positioned in centre. The bike runs runs well but rich and can fowl plugs. The bike is used only for trail riding so mostly on less than half throttle. Any advise would be welcome.

woody1965 New member Feb 26, 2010 #3 i have a 03 and had same problem ..set needle to second from top and air screw at 2.5 turns out runs ok now ..
