Since I'm tearing the bike and fixing everything in sight, after some search, could not find definite answers on how to or what is inside, except there are a tad expensive kits available for purchase. (read the title)

So, bike will probably get fresh red powdercoat while in the process

In some husky threadI stumbled upon this chinese product.
Don't know of its quality and longevity, but will test it.
ebay item 290884959563.
If there's a more brandy alternative, feel free to share it.

Since Beta uses Sachs shocks on all of their bikes, I'm sure I've got something that will fit. Let me check the dimensions and I'll post back here.

I never found an after market bearing. I ended up just packing it full of grease and putting it back in. it seems fine now

Never saw this thread when I made my post but trying to revive it

should be, also (re your other post) worth checking what has deformed, the bearing or the bolt

I ordered the bearing it will come here around September , the bolt looked fine but i will check it again .
Anybody had the bolt bend ? Sounds strange to me .
I will post again when i fix the bike if the info is useful to anyone .
